POEM #140 FOR POEM A DAY FOR 2020

Ever been a fool in love?

This poem is a reminder to myself that I can listen to my heart in gentleness even if I have no solution for what it wants. 

Kootenay Lake has so many moods. This poem explores three of my favorites. 

Sigh. Love can definitely be more than one thing!

Who is afraid of the big bad wolf (love)? Me!

Sometimes things are just this simple. To chill out all you positive people!

Well, we all know what the dark did to Luke's father. I am aiming for the light!

This map has proved to be valuable, hard to follow and true!

I can attest to the fact that love can be scary! Anybody got a boat?

Sometimes the only response is wtf

Poem #150! Yay - I am really doing this!

It is ever a challenge to know if what I am doing creatively will actually pay me!

It will, it will, I know it will.

A poetic look at springtime "urges" lol 

Also having fun with the starting letters

In this world it is pretty easy to feel like things have gone way too far!

Resentment is a burden, but one that I cannot force myself to relinquish before it it is ready to release. 

Written in 2015, this poem seems more relevant than ever!

It is interesting that sometimes I need protection from myself!

Ever been brought back to life by someone else?

Release is not always pretty but it is important and to be celebrated. 

I have been very grateful to discover that so often it isn't my "stuff".
